As of the 1st May 2008 we will be closing down the hosting services that we provide, to focus solely on website development. Over the last few years the hosting aspect of the company has become less of a focus.
With support times increasing and profits dropping, I think it is in the interest of both parties to find alternative hosting arrangements.
I realise one month isn't a huge amount of time to find a new host, please let us know if you need more time and we may be able to move you to one of our other servers temporarily. If you need some advice on finding a new host do get in touch.
5quidhost have offered to help migrate any accounts from us over to their servers directly, meaning all your files, databases and settings would be transferred automatically.
They will also provide support with any teething issues that arise from the move. All you would need to do is order an account, request the transfer and change the domain nameservers. We can also update the DNS details here so that your site is instantly available on their servers. No downtime!
Plus, if you use the coupon code ENIKI08 when ordering they will either do "18 months hosting for the price of 12" or "9 months hosting for the price of 6".
I appreciate your custom, we've had a loyal community since the beginning and it is with regret that we have to do this. If you have paid for any hosting up front (for 6 months or a year) please let us know so that we can reimburse you for the months not used.
Unless we hear from you, we will assume that you have made the necessary arrangements by the 1st May 2008, when services will be terminated.
